NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to a resolution adopted by the Planning Board of the Town of Hartford on September 26, 2023, a public hearing will be held by said Planning Board on October 24, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. at the Offices of the Town of Hartford, 165 Main Street, Hartford, New York, to discuss the application for a subdivision.
Application #23-3:  The applicant Duane & Stephanie Burch has presented an application to subdivide three lots from their parcel of 111.4 acres. This property is located in East Hartford, in the Town of Hartford, Washington County, Tax Map Number 151.-1-8.

The application is on file and available for review at the Town Hall.
