PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that, pursuant to Town Law section 184(2), a public hearing will be held at the Town Hall, Town of Hartford, New York, on the 5th day of November, 2024, at 7:10 p.m. to discuss the proposed real property lease agreement between the Town and the Argyle Emergency Squad and that an opportunity to be heard in regard thereto will then and there be given to the public.
Said agreement provisions include, but are not limited to, a description of the location to be leased, the use and operation of premises of the Town and the term of the contract.
